Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre played host to the 4th biennial ‘Stand Up To Cancer’ event Friday.
The one hour telethon, which sees the best of Hollywood from film to television and music join to raise money for cancer research, boasted an A-list guest list of Kerry Washington, Halle Berry, and many more.
Elsewhere on the bill powerhouse vocalists Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson headlined the night’s musical entertainment. Grande, whose new album ‘My Everything’ currently reigns over Billboard 200, took to the stage in tribute to her grandfather who died of cancer earlier this year. Her emotional performance of the album’s title track was pegged one of the night’s highlights as well as Hudson’s performance that saw her lend vocals to the tune ‘Remission’ with rappers Lupe Fiasco and Common.
See it all below with a special look at ‘Remission’s official music video:

Her*
Bruh bruh bruh!!!!! I’m choking up
Great performances so far.
Just pre-ordered my copy of Souled out – Jhene Aiko. I cannot wait to be served and slayed, yass.
Which has nothing at all to do with the topic. No one cares about what you just pre-ordered. You buffoons kill me using the comments section to spout off random, unrelated musings, as if it’s your own personal blog.
And I should care what you think why?
We should care about you preordering Jhene Aiko why?
You better stan for the Neo Soul Queen!!
Ugh I’m so over these attention seeking trolls
“My Everything” is one of those songs from her album that I constantly repeat; she performed the song, very nicely!
Really love these kind of performances to help raise an awareness for Cancer.
Doesn’t matter what people say about ariana
but the girl’s talented and DESERVES the success.
Ariana sounds great. beautiful performance….but Sidenote: If she is so worried about her hair loss, pulling her hair in a ponytail is not the best way to fight that. Ponytails do nothing but pull your hair and put stress on the scalp…Find some sick-o-ning wigs!
