Had rapper Lil Kim fulfilled an obligation made to Fort Lauderdale club ‘The Manor‘, she wouldn’t have found herself in the hot water she finds herself in now, facing a hefty lawsuit and the wrath of her remaining fans.
Why the ‘Not Tonight’ rapper was booed by her own supporters over the weekend?
Find out below…
Court documents released today reveal that the aforementioned ‘Manor’ is suing Kim in response to her decision to bail on a “meet & greet” that was supposed to take place during her appearance at the club on the 4th of this month.
Indeed, after agreeing to pay her $23,000 to do so, Kim’s time at the spot was to see her mingle with 100 high-paying fans and perform in celebration of its fifth anniversary.
Alas, things took a turn for the worst when the Brooklyn belle arrived late and refused to acknowledge fans who had paid to meet her, seeing her showered with a chorus of boos as she left the club.
Now the club plans to make her pay, setting out to sue her so that they can reimburse those of her fans who didn’t get what they paid for, forcing Kim to claim that she had no idea that a “meet & greet” had even been arranged.
