‘The Voice UK’ star Rita Ora is to join the fight against the Ebola virus this year, arming herself with a charity single she no doubt hopes will raise awareness and financial support for those affected by it.

After enlisting Ellie Goulding, Sam Smith, One Direction and Bono to lend their voices to the number, Sir Bob Geldof has now called on Rita to complete a new version of the charity single ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas‘, doing so thirty years after the release of its original version to help those hurt by Ebola.

As to ensure the number raises the funds its producers hope will help those who need them most, the number will not be available for streaming on ‘Spotify‘ until the January of next year, two months after it is to be recorded on Saturday the 15th of November.
