Only one day separates K. Michelle fans from being able to buy ‘Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart?,’ her highly anticipated sophomore album.  But, before you get to find out if you love the tunes that occupy the ‘Love ‘Em All’-led disc, Michelle is giving listeners something else to sample via the short film ‘Something About the Night.’

An ode to ‘Lady Day’ herself, the legendary jazz songstress Billie Holiday, the 6 minute “mini-movie” sees the R&B diva show off her acting chops under the helm of creative director Child Basquiat.

From the looks of things in this teaser unveiled today, we can already tell the movie directors will soon be shipping scripts her way.
