Lana Fad Rey? Powerful? Billboard lost its credibility long time ago, and this is the nail on the coffin. They will NEVER recover from this.

You make me crazy, you make me wild.

  5. Rosie February 6, 2015

Wow, so Lana is *gasp* powerful according to the most impactful magazine in the industry and not a few delusional gays perched on a blog! Color me shocked! And wow at the PRAISE from the label’s CEO in the article. Those same delusional gays told me they gave up on her?
She looks gorgeous btw. Hopes she collabs with Kanye soon.

Weird choice for the cover. It´s not like these two have been the most influential/powerful artists last year. But it´s great. They have their share of success and I´m glad it´s not the same people always getting the covers and headlines.

why in the hell is Lana on here? Smh if it wasn’t for Kanye’s tweet to her, she would have been featured in broke down enquire magazines. Ugh where is true talent? Only weirdos who are outcasted in school and cut themselves like Lana dal rei

    • Eeww February 6, 2015

True talent? It definitely isn’t anyone in your name that’s for sure..

    • Rosie February 6, 2015

And only blog homosexuals care about anyone in your name. Is that why Lana is doing 10K+ capacity venues this spring/summer while S****** the hasbeen is stuck doing half-empty theaters in Vegas?

      • britneyraycarey February 6, 2015

10k? Is that supposed to impress me when Britney pulls in loads of people in her Vegas shows? Honey it’s like you comparing rapping skills between Nick Cannon and Eminem… you stan for Lana, nothing you say will be taken seriously

      • Rosie February 6, 2015

“Loads”? Honey, the capacity per show is less than 4K and in her last boxscore she sold out none of those ~10ish shows. In fact, it was only around 60% sold. And let’s not even being up the Femme FATale Tour receipts where she was selling less seats in f****** arenas than in a majority of the damn theaters y’all were dragging Lana for performing in last year.
At the end of the day, in 2014, Lana is more acclaimed than S******, has more respect in the industry, can write her music, doesn’t have to lipsync, can do whatever she wants without permission from daddy, and can sell more than 2x more than S******’s generic, unoriginal Lady Fadga leftovers with an alternative rock record. Not to mention sing on her own album.
