Yes, in an interview with ‘Clique TV’, the ‘New Slaves’ rapper revealed that he believes the “concept” is a “dated” one, sharing his thoughts before the release of his latest studio album ‘So Help Me God.’

The word bubble springs to mind.
For, though Kanye’s remarks are ultimately what many wish was the case, they come from inside the bubble that protects him from the racism he feels is so “silly” and “dated.”
Unfortunately, those who live without the respect West’s wealth and celebrity status afford him are unlikely to subscribe to the same point of view, oft seeing their real life experiences belittled by those unable to see beyond their own bubbles and into worlds far more complex than their own.
