For many, Christina Aguilera is hailed as one of today’s top talents. And while most will attribute that to her powerhouse vocals, we argue it’s also due to her dynamic versatility.
Xtina showcased exactly that last night at the 50th annual Academy of Country Music Awards, where she soared with new song ‘Shotgun’ (from her upcoming stint in TV show ‘Nashville’) and ‘Riot’ with popular Country outfit Rascal Flatts.

At this point, it’s quite clear that Aguilera won’t be using her current run on The Voice to launch new material (which is a tad disappointing). However, showings like this have us still salivating for that new album.
Hopefully, she’ll be ready to roll (it out) come the show’s return in September.
