   What happen to HE loves me, Golden, those type of strong songs she use to do. She continues to do filler type music and its bascially boring. She can sing but she’s not singing anymore.

   Love Jill Scott but I haven’t really been moved by the new songs she released this year. I mean hardcore fan,when Jill was just performing around Philly and hadn’t signed to hidden beach record yet, I saw her at 8 years old at this festival and have been a fan since.I don’t know if there’s bad blood, but I really wish she would go back and work with Calvin and ivan! I very much prefer Neo-Soul Jill to the Funk-old school R&B one. I prefer Hidden Beach Jill to mainstream label Jill. It’s seems like they took the time to let her music sit and marinate and nutured her talent. This time around it just seems like she’s trying to meet a deadline instead of having something to say!

   Jill Scott please please make peace with Hidden Beach records – your last two albums are horrible – I am a huge fan of yours but your new music is NOT you. Get you a good lawyer and get back with Hidden Beach records. I did not buy your new album because I don’t like it. I didn’t like your last one either.
