2016 is shaping up to be quite the revival for RedOne.
The hitmaker, who has been laying low of late, has added Jennifer Lopez to a list of album’s he’s working on. A list that also includes Lady Gaga.

Responsible for J.Lo smashes such as ‘On The Floor,’ the producer was tapped to executive produce last year’s ‘A.K.A’ – yet, without explanation, not only did that title disappear so too did any trace of his work on the set. This despite revealing that the lion-share of the LP was completed.
It seems there’s no bad blood, though. Because the music moulder confirmed in a recent interview that he has teamed with La Lopez on her new project:
We’re ready for the bops! It’s clear that after ‘A.K.A’s initial lead single ‘Live It Up’ (produced by Red) showed no pulse at Pop radio, there was a decision to head a more Urban direction (hence his sudden omission from the finished product). Ironically, that didn’t yield much success either.
As such, it’ll be interesting to see if Red and J.Lo can cook up another ‘On The Floor’ sized smash this time around?! We can only hope!
No one cares when real pop queens like Beyonce, Adele, Katy and other pop divas are releasing in the near future.
