Pop maestro Justin Timberlake piecing together new music. Officially.
It’s been three years since his third opus ‘The 20/20 Experience’ was released to epic sales and to activate appetites the former boyband’er has begun the teasing machine.

In the early hours of this morning, the 35-year-old posted a shot of himself in the studio with frequent collaborator Pharrell Williams:
We’re intrigued to hear what JT will bring to the table this go round.
In ploughing through the smoke and mirrors of his sales, the reality is that the ’20/20 Experience’ wasn’t as great an album as touted to be. At least from where we’re sitting.
Like, how many songs do you actually remember that weren’t singles? What’s more does anyone recall any of the tracks rolled out on the ’20/20′ part 2 project that followed months later?
This go round there won’t be the lead-in of not having released an album in seven years (which was his USP last time). Hence, he’ll have to bring his A-game.
Anyway, enough of our rambling…

If its anything like that last album then he can keep it.
Part 1 was good but part 2 was a no for me
Ughh! Had the nerve to say that he has a weakness for chocolate, and then ups and marries a plain old white woman. “You showed your ass, and I, I saw the real you.” ?

Part 2 of the CD had 2-3 good songs. JT is the fly white guy with the soulful voice BUT he doesn’t have much range.
Weird that he rarely dances and that’s his strong point. He needs to get back to dancing and put the guitar away — he’s a boyband surviour but the guitar thing is not really believeable.
Justin still dances but I think he’s reeled back on it for a few reasons. First, I think the music on his last album didn’t call for much choreography – at least compared to his first two. Also, if you’ve noticed choreography isn’t popping like it was in the 90s and 2000s when almost every major pop star from that era was on their Michael and Janet steeze. I guess that he wants to forge a lane outside other male Pop stars who are influenced by MJ and perform similarly (Usher, Chris, Jason DeRulo etc).
He will never have an album like the his second one, but the last had good songs that were not singles (Let The Groove Get In, Blue Ocean Floor, Murder and Gimme What I Don’t Know (I Want))”.
Still thirsty for a B or Rih collaborarion after Until The End of Time and Rehab though
I really like JT but it took a while for me to get into The 20/20 Experience and just as I was able to digest the album, he went ahead and released a wack sequel to it. In terms of craftsmanship and ambition, the first part was a good album but it was overdrawn to me. I’m also still very shocked he didn’t garner a Grammy nomination for AOTY because usually, the years’ top seller has a guaranteed slot in that category. Oh well, good luck to him ☺️.
I love JT !! I’m glad he’s coming back ! I really want a collab with him & Bey or Rih! Hopefully we finally get another collab. I loved his last album especially Part 1. Usher is also coming back this year ! I’m loving that all the veterans who started around the same time are all coming back ! I love it who’s next ?
Yes, his previous collabs with Bey and Rih are awesome! Would also love a collaboration with X-Tina or Usher

Justin/Christina should work together. Justin is very talented!!!! He can sing/dance/play instruments. JT is a SUPERSTAR! His last album had some good songs on it.
His last album is damn great and hopefully he work with usher or tinashe or brandy
I still play the 20/20 experience. Probably like 4-5 songs I live without. My favorite song (Electric Lady) is not on any streaming sites , I think it was a certain exclusive
