K. Michelle has ‘More Issues Than Vogue’ and will share them all on March 25th when her third studio album struts into stores.
The LP, which follows 2014’s ‘Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart?,’ has been preceded by a number of promotional cuts – including rap track ‘Mindful.’
Today saw the singer bring the feisty production to life with the debut of its accompanying video.

@Credits Actually ‘Yute’ originated from Patois and Carribean slang but is widely used amongst young people in London. Similarly ‘Sket’ is used alot in the same area.

I believe she sold 72,000 for Rebellious Soul & 87,000 for AWBAH. I’m extremely concerned that she hasn’t even dropped a proper video yet & the album releases in 2 weeks….. Who on earth thought that was a good idea :O She also said that she wants to push the album well & stretch it out by having 4 or 5 real singles altogether

She spit, I heard and understood what she was saying. But the overall melody I don’t like. She looks good in the video tho. I can tell she had fun. But for some reason, things just aren’t align. On her show you’d expect a total different sound but from the sound of what shes been releasing, I’m expecting something more urban (in which I am all for) but the sound she keeps describing on her show seems like something she did with her last album. That album was great too so we’ll see. I’ll be checking for her thats for sure.
She went to her label with a country album. And they were like “GIRL WHAT THE HELL NO, you need to balance things & make it more urban to not abandon your fan base & to get you some hits” lol. & she agreed because they promised her an upcoming Country EP. I heard the album has 3 or 4 country songs (2 on the deluxe), 2 rap songs, a pop soung & the rest is r&b/soul

i like what she’s doing….now a days its about people buying your brand vs your music….if she does expand the kind of music she does she want get left behind or really need radio…kind of the way beyonce has turned from a singer to a trap/chanter and stayed relevant despite no radio support. because her brand is big enough
Now I am one or her biggest fans but this is a HELL NO… A complete waste of a video. She’s the first to complain about not being nominated for any awards but she releases s*** like this.. This is mixtape music at best… I haven’t really been a fan of any of the music she’s released this era it’s either repetitive or totally left. K TAKE YOUR TIME and make some quality music. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!!!
The problem with this is it’s not Album K it sounds like something she would put on one of her mixtapes. Everything I’ve heard so far from this album really hasn’t been impressive. AWBAH just might be her best work and the hardest to top, that album was flawless.

The song is hot… really hot considering I didn’t expect to hear her rapping. The video, not so much. The concept really should have been around a club scene, to better match the content of the song. Or if they didn’t want to be too cliche, they could have done a concept around a female stalker or something. But this video really didn’t have anything to do with the song.
