Having blazed the stage at this year’s Super Bowl, Bruno Mars will be aiming to ignite the charts once again with his third studio album.
The follow-up to 2012’s ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’ is easily one of music’s most anticipated efforts – especially after the global blockbuster that was Grammy Record of the Year ‘Uptown Funk.’
Now, it appears, the as yet untitled project has a release window.
Full story below…
Mars’ dad Pete Hernandez Snr spilled the tea in a recent interview with the Honolulu Star Advertiser. He told the publication:
“It was due in March, but by doing the Super Bowl, it threw him back several months.
Bruno has seven great new songs — I’ve heard ‘em — but the album should now be released in September or October, to qualify for next year’s Grammy Awards.”
Sounds a like plan. And we’re more than ready.
Bruno is such a rarity; not only is he a titan of talent, he makes a point of showing up, slaying the scene, and then maintaining a low profile when not being “Bruno Mars.” It’s very Old Hollywood and ultimately refreshing in an era of overexposure and celebrities that are known for nothing.
Above all, he brings the bops each and every time.
Again, we’re ready!
I hope he delivers…
The only male entertainer that currently does it for me. He held his own at the Super Bowl. I wonder if he’ll collaborate with Bey. Ooooh i hope so!!
He definitely knows how to SLAY a stage! Bey has performed with some amazing male entertainers but he takes the cake for being the one to truly go toe to toe with her. His dancing at this years’ Superbowl really impressed me seeing as he’s not big on choreographed pieces. Perched for his upcoming release.
Anti is not safe.
What does that make Codr Red???
