After thrilling fans at YouTube’s first live 360-degree performance last week, Dawn Richard keeps her buzz popping with a new single, ‘Honest.’
Produced by Brooklyn bred DJ/producer Kingdom, the tune comes as the first taste of a full body of work cooked up between himself and the eccentric singer/former Danity Kane darling.
But, before you can get your hands on the yet-titled project (set to be released on the Fade To Mind label), tuck in below to hear the sensual uptempo bop ‘Honest’ below:
Why is she here?
Why are you here? What have you contributed to this world besides trash? Not a damn thing.
I like some of her stuff…but it’s a no from me for this
Yall SO SLEEP!!!! This is Jammin perfect mix of whats hawt right now and in the near future…. If this had a Drake or so Feature this would be everywhere tonight
i just started actually being a fan of dawn and i have to say i like her music. what got me to give her a chance was her remix of hello. IT WAS EVERYTHING. i still listen to it. this song is good too! i need a whole album tho haha
I’ve been listening to her a lot this week. The songs you should check out from her are, frequency, warfare, hey, pheonix, and tide the paradox effect. Hmm, this one will probably grow on me.
Warfarire and frequency ???? daily
Warfaire..all good..right here..watchu wanna do ?
She needs to go away. No one wants her here.
I only liked her when she was in danity Kane !
damn you unique
I respect Ms. Richard for being outside the box and not afraid to take risks musically that in most cases the masses won’t take a chance to listen to because it’s not what radio is pushing or what the media says is hot. As for this song honest I like it.
I think she’s the first bad boy artist to not be cursed by diddy cause every body he sign they put out like one or two records then boom they fall off the face of the earth but it’s nice to see her still doing her thing anyways as far as the song I think its a cool Lil track not her best but I could still rock to it
Her grind is serious. She’s gaining lots of notoriety too
Nice song
