Wonder what we’re on about?
Full story after the jump…
On 2013 smash ‘Drunk In Love,’ the diva cooed “I’ve been drinking watermelon” – and now she’ll be hoping the world follows suit thanks to her latest business venture.
Per Fortune.com, the Pop superstar has invested in fast-growing, cold-pressed watermelon water startup called WTRMLN WTR. Queen Bey’s involvement with the brand comes weeks after the launch of her Ivy Park alth-leisure clothing line with Topshop.
In a statement, the 34-year-old said:
“I invested in WTRMLN WTR because it’s the future of clean, natural hydration; as partners, we share a simple mission to deliver accessible wellness to the world. This is more than an investment in a brand, it’s an investment in female leaders, fitness, American farmers, and the health of people and our planet.”
Based in New York, WTRMLN WTR is only three years old but is growing at a rapid rate. The startup revealed that annual revenue is currently on course to triple this year from 2015 earnings.
