Fifth Harmony are heating up the promo engine for their second studio album ‘7/27.’
Fresh from the success of ‘Work From Home,’ the Epic Records quintet have unveiled the video for ‘Write On Me’ – a new song on the LP.
Word has it the track is not a single, but more of a promotional vehicle for the LP which lands on May 27th.
Watch Normani, Ally, Dinah, Camila, and Lauren in action after the jump…
Not at all here for the song, but we remain buzzed to hear what they’ve been baking with their album. Last year’s ‘Reflection’ was solid, hopefully they deliver with similar consistency this go round.
Omg <3
Cute video & all the girls look very beautiful esp normani.
I’m excited for this album. Reflection was tight. I’m not here for Ally’s vocals. She is too flat and doesn’t have tone or texture. Lauren was the lead singer during the X Factor, and at some point, that changed to Camilla *eye roll*. Lauren is the best singer in the group. Dinah can blow too.
Gives me Kygo vibes, I like it. Just don’t understand why Dinah didn’t get a solo.
Kygo cowrote/produced it ?
If Normani doesn’t stop playing and go solo I know something.
I can hear this on the radio. If they use each one’s voice for different types of sounds and genres, this group will be it. Normani is still a standout, but the other girl that sings the hook is gaining attention as well. I still don’t like Ms. Diva, her voice is very 3LW/Cheetah Girl and her bad attitude shows. WHEN they kick her out, they will become a lot better. Cause clearly she was pushed to be the lead, but Normani keep grabbing the light.
I like them. They have a Spice girl feel but with cool different vocals. Normani and Lauren are my favorites. Normani has the it star factor and Lauren’s vocals are great especially when she hits the low raspy notes.
This is good ! Finally they look a bit more like a group here! They’re biggest flaw is that they don’t look like a GROUP! But finally maybe it’s changing
Queen Dinah better speak up because she has THE BEST voice in the group but for some reason her parts are getting smaller and smaller
Poor Dinah. She’s the youngest of the group and her talent is just being wasted with these girls. Hopefully she’s still training her voice despite the lack of opportunity to do so on stage.
The song is OK. I don’t really get it lyrically and it doesn’t take me anywhere melodically. But it’s cute?
Nice music video
