Published: Wednesday 14th Sep 2016 by Rashad

Justin Timberlake‘s 2002 hit, ‘Cry Me A River,’ was indication his romantic relationship with burgeoning pop icon Britney Spears didn’t exactly end well.

Apparently, let the former lovebirds tell it, time really does heal all wounds.  For, after Spears added Timberlake’s name to the list of “people she’d love to collaborate in the future” (a list that also includes Celine Dion and Mariah Carey), word got back to the ’20/20 Experience’ creator.

“She did? Sure! Absolutely, absolutely,” he said. “I have a 17-month-old so I don’t get the headline news. I apologize for not being in the know. I’m accessible, give us a call.”
