Lady Gaga is strutting towards the October 21st release of her fifth studio album ‘Joanne.’
And she’s doing so with ample momentum.
As reported, the singer has been named as the headline act at the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show and is also embarking on a mini-tour in partnership with Bud Light.
Despite the major gigs, Gaga is still not averse to hitting the traditional promo trail.
Case in point her stop at 97.1 AMP radio.
There, the 30-year-old stripped back new single ‘Perfect Illusion’ to its rawest form and belted it out as a piano ballad.
Take a listen below…
Love it! Gaga’s voice is gorgeous.
It’d have been awesome if she pushed a ballad version in tandem with the fist-pumping original.
Thank you GaGa for not creeping us out this go around and cd release. She is so weird and creepy in past videos and live performances and wearing “meat” dresses, girl. Write a good song, sing it live with passion and america will wake up from “sleeping” on your incredible talent. Gimmick gets played out real quick. Talent does not.
Its a NO from me. Next single please or else Johnny will flop.
Perfect Delusion is flopping. Just move on GaGa.
It´s called music and releasing the music one loves. She´s clearly in a different direction now. Her talented peers and industry have welcome her in the club. She doesn´t have to skip anything just cause it is not working on singles charts. Leave that for other type of artists. She´s going to do this era whether it works as a hug hit or not, she has made an album that she loves and that´s it. And then next year she has already planned another pure Jazz album. She´s a real musican and probably that´s all she´s gonna be from now on.
I literally cant believe its already October
I can’t believe you’re still here, but alas
Ikr!! This year has gone by so fast!!
Nice vocal
slayage! but I’m ready for single #2 let this be a ‘buzz’ single lmao
She can sang!
VOCALS! Still love this song! Like you said, it sounds like it’s a piece of an ALBUM…so many singles these days sound like they were made for that purpose..they don’t fit the album… *Usher’s No Limit*
Nice
