2016 has not been the best year for Grammy-nominated rapstress Iggy Azalea..and it’s not over yet.
After highly publicized feuds with fellow femcee Azealia Banks, ex-fiance Nick Young, rap connoisseurs, and possibly Black America in general, now the ‘Team’ hitmaker has offended a team of animal rights activists who want to see her make a public apology for the photo above.

Last week, rapper French Montana took to Instagram to post photos of a chained elephant performing tricks at his birthday party. Azalea, Montana’s girlfriend, was not only in attendance, but also took photos with the animal (as seen above).
Needless to say, some social media users didn’t exactly ‘Fancy’ the rappers’ antics and ignited a petition demanding an apology from the pair. Taking to Care2Petition.com, the appeal – as of time reported – has over 11,000 signatures.
