The Presidential Medal Of Freedom is the latest and was bestowed upon her yesterday by Barack Obama.
Ross was honored with the award alongside other notable names like Bill Gates and Ellen Degeneres at the White House. The accolade is the nation’s highest civilian award and recognizes exceptional meritorious service.
With a career spanning over five decades and countless charitable efforts to her name, The Supremes singer is undoubtedly deserving.
