Usher & Tyler Perry Attend The Morehouse 29th Annual Scholarship Event

Usher is a man who wears many hats.

One of these is one of philanthropy. So, ever eager to support communities in need the performer made his way to the 29th annual ‘A Candle in the Dark’ gala to support the HBCU Morehouse.

There, he helped to make dreams come true with the director Tyler Perry.

 Historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) are institutions of higher education in the United States that were established before 1964 with the intention of primarily serving the African American community. They have always allowed admission to students of all races.
