The late George Michael has finally been laid to rest.

The vocalist’s service took place at London’s Highgate Cemetery and was attended by his partner, relatives and close friends, all of whom arrived to pay their last respects to him.
A statement from his publicist read:
Family and close friends gathered for the small, private ceremony to say goodbye to their beloved son, brother and friend.mGeorge Michael’s family would like to thank his fans across the world for their many messages of love and support.
He was 53-years-old.
His cause of death?
Dilated cardiomyopathy, a disease of the heart muscle.
The heart problem involves the left ventricle becoming stretched, thin and weaker, which affects how blood is able to pump around the body.
In some cases it is an inherited condition and people who have the inherited form have a 50% chance of passing it on to their children.
