A multitude of reports assert that Beyonce and Jay Z did indeed welcome twins this week.
Details remain scarce ahead of a definitive announcement, however TMZ have gone live with further insight into the delivery and aftermath.
Citing a source close to the situation, they report:
Beyonce has given birth to a boy and a girl, but an issue surfaced that has kept them in the hospital for nearly a week … TMZ has confirmed.
Sources connected with the family tell us the twins were born Monday in a Los Angeles hospital. We’re told a “minor issue” surfaced, and as a result … doctors do not feel comfortable releasing them.
We do not know the nature of the issue.
One source told us Beyonce also remains at the hospital, but as far as we know she’s okay. The babies are expected to be okay as well. [Source]

A minor issue that kept them in a hospital for a week?? I work in the field something has to seriously be up for you to be kept for a week. Baby girls usually can be released 48 hours after birth and boys 72 max.

Woohoo! I’m so happy for Beyoncé she celebrating her first pregnancy to the end. When I have my twins I’m expecting the same treatment like the second coming of Jesus.
