Ahead of their performance at the 2017 Essence Music Festival, June’s Diary sprung a surprise on fans last night with the release of their debut mixtape ‘Male Edition.’
Boasting blazing covers of some of the boy bands that have inspired them, the set also featured the studio version of original song ‘Wrap Around.’
A favorite amongst the group’s growing base after being performed live, many have been awaiting the mastered take of the Dem Jointz production.
Did it live up to the anticipation? Listen below and let us know…
Yes, yes, and yes! The ladies delivered a dynamic jam that manages to be soulful, current, and lyrically engaging.
With the group on a steady ascend, it’d be great to see this serviced to digital retail and streaming services as soon as. For, it’s easily their strongest offering yet.
Pending then, peep the Kelly Rowland / Frank Gatson protégés perform ‘Wrap Around’ live on our show The Splash below…
I love the TGJ version live more but it’s a nice R&B bop though. I like the mixtape
Thank you TGJ for standing behind this talented group of beautiful black women.

All their music is attributed to HSJW Music – who are they? What happened to Epic Records?
It sounds good for a little while, and then I’m just ready to turn it off. I think their best song so far is “All of Us”.
This song not the mixtape is anything special.
Thanks to sharing such an incredible article. This is fairly a very good piece, Personally i think just like very
few individuals manage to state their view thus clearly.
But simply you and https://ateliertheater.ch/ do it in a manner that touches
the reader’s soul.
