After a 7 year wait, Trina is finally ready to unwrap her new album, which now has an official title – ‘The One.’
Armed with the momentum of single ‘Damn’ and current offering ‘If It Ain’t Me’ featuring K. Michelle, the Queen of Miami has set a date of arrival for the long anticipated LP.
Mark those calendars because September 8th 2017 is when the project will land in stores.
To further amplify buzz, the 38-year-old unveiled its cover – a throwback snap of herself (rocking a crown) as a youngster:
During a recent press run, Trina revealed that the album is executive produced by Rico Love and will feature the likes of Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz.
We’ve long loved what she serves up, so we’re more than ready for another helping.
Roll on September.
Trina is the most Consistent rap female. I always felt like she shouldve have been pass nicki level by now.
Hopwfully she will tho get out of miami and go secure some bags mama
It’s 8/8/17 not September
No it is Sept. 8. You are the one who is wrong not the article.
Her music videos are so boring but I love Trina though but she needs to work on better concepts as of 2010 her music videos consist of being in front of a white background, clubs, skrippers and showing off cars.
I agree I think the reason her music is not selling anymore is because she has not evolved as an artist. She is turning 40 in a year or 2, has wrinkles up and down her neck, has manly hands, and raps the same lyrics about scheming men, having a wet p|ussy, or being dumped by a thug like it is 1999. It is time for her to settle down, rap about new positive things, and create some powerful rap music like Salt n Pepa and MC Lyte did.
Ok!! She should really try to push her joint with k Michelle.
THIS is a very different album cover for her
