Nicki Minaj‘s latest material may do little to showcase her eclectic tastes but that’s done all of nothing to stop her from impressing Country icon Shania Twain.

In fact, she’s impressed her so much that she’s revealed that she is desperate for them to collaborate.

Twain made her creative plea in a recent interview set up to promote her new album ‘Now’ which spins into retail action on September 29th.

Why fans are hopeful it may actually happen? Both ladies are signed to Universal, Minaj via Cash Money Records and Twain by way of Mercury.

We wonder what it would sound like.
