Less than two weeks after informing fans she’s hard at work on her next album, the follow-up to 2016’s chart-topping ‘Joanne,’ pop superstar Lady Gaga has dropped jaws with news she’s “taking a rest” from music.
Taking to Toronto’s Princess of Wales Theatre to not only belt out a hit or two but also premiere her long-awaited Netflix documentary, ‘Gaga: Five Foot Two,’ the songstress spoke candidly with the audience and media outlets there…
Lady Gaga says that she’s planning to take a “rest” from music and “slow down for a moment for some healing.”
Gaga teared up speaking to reporters about her health issues. “It’s hard,” she said, “but it’s liberating too.”
“When this tour is over I will take a little downtime from myself, and then I’ll get back to doing what I love,” she said. “I’m never not making music. I’m never not creating. I just am excited to spend some time reflecting on that past ten years and getting excited about what I want to create next.”
Reports have it she’s still hard at work on the film, ‘A Star Is Born,’ alongside Bradley Cooper.
