Taking to social media, the 26-year-old revealed that the song – initially lined up for a debut at the MTV EMAs next month – will in fact be arriving next week Friday:
Per Ora’s team, the track was co-penned by the singer and Andrew Watt (whose credits include Camila Cabello’s ‘Havana’ and ‘Let Me Love You’).
‘Anywhere’ is billed as fusing modern soul with classic ’90s elements, and an exhilarating bassline.
Speaking on the song (which will be on her new album, due next year), the media maven said in a statement:
“I was in a routine, working every day, and found myself day dreaming about breaking out of the city and going on a road trip with my friends and never looking back.”
By this time next week, it’ll be…out! Buzzed?
