Chile when you figure it out, let me know, because I will drag Taylor and her tragic vocals up and down a post on any day but at least that girl writes her own basic music. Selena on the other hand still has me scratching my head.

Christina Aguilera sounded horrible on Whitney Houston tribute. She was throaty and pitchy all over the place. A mess!
That Whitney tribute was a highlight for all the wrong reasons Kelly and Pink held it down everyone else so far have been subpar.

Wow can’t believe all the negative feedback from the tribute. She slayed it and always give the best tributes. Always look for the negative stuff. Nobody ever wants to give xtina the credit that’s due. She killed it tonight. I don’t agree with how she looks by the way. That surgery is awful by the way. That voice omg she killed that performance.

Sorry CHRISTINA AGUILERA FAILED. She sounded pitchy and winded and DID NOT HIT THOSE NOTES. WHITNEY/MARIAH/CELINE are still in a lane alone

I don’t think it’s fair to act like Christina just can’t sing at all! She’s already proven herself! She wasn’t making her debut here, so we shouldn’t act like this was a make or break performance! A lot of people get a pass, Christina deserves one as well! She was taking on Whitney classics! Christina’s been around for almost over 20 years, we can cut her some slack!

Whitney/Mariah/Celine are the 3 greatest female vocalists of all time with Whitney being the greatest. I cannot believe the negative comments about X-tina bc she sang 4 incredibly difficult songs back to back and NOBODY else not Kelly Clarkson, Bey, J-Hud, Pink, Adele or Ariana could have done it better. X-Tina is the greatest of her generation paying tribute to the greatest female voice of all time so don’t expect her or anyone else to be even close to Whitney but that was still incredible. Don’t ever come for Christina if you stan for Selena, Ciara, Taylor, Britney etc.

You lost me at greatest of her generation. Christina is a laughing stalk of her generation who hasn’t been relevant in 10 + years. Nobody but her deluded fans think Christina is a good singer. The rest of us, who’s minds aren’t warp realize that all those women you mentioned are all far more vocally talented than Screamtina.
First of all, JHud, Beyonce, Keke wyatt, Pink, kelly Clarkson, Celina Dion, Diondre Nicole, Jessie J can ousting Christina. You need several seats.
Christina Aguilera is a huge disappointment and I sincerely thought she would SLAY. First leave I WILL ALWAYS LOVE alone. SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE RANGE FOR THE SONG. I have nothing should have been the song but she couldn’t carry the crescendo and her voice faltered
I love Xtina but unlike the Greats of our time Whitney, Mariah, and Celine she doesn’t know that sometimes simply singing is also great. She has the voices and range to tackle Whitneys songs but she over does it with all of the vocal acrobats. The greats know when to finesse and when to simply sing without overdoing it. Some of Xtina best songs are done in the studio because they edit out the oversinging. Beyonce sometimes has this problem with the vibrato(though its not as bad as with her first album). Overdoing it kills the mood.
Those 3 greats are so above those other two you mentiones. It´s obvious except for their fans. The world clearly thinks like us judging by their stats.
Anyway, Kelly and Pink both were amazing. I remembered when Kelly with through her rock era I wanted her to perform with Pink so bad because Kelly and Pink had similar approaches to performing certain songs.
of course NOBODY will EVER touch Whitney in her prime…that’s a given. but i also feel sometimes people hold Xtina to a much higher standard than other pop “singers”, almost to the point that its unreachable…TO ME she sounded+looked great, honoring her idol
the truth is, a lot of people probably already made up their mind, even subconsciously, that weren’t gonna like it or would find something to complain about… either because it’s Xtina, or because we’re ALL very protective of QUEEN Whitney, which i get…

I think Xtina tribute was beautiful, she slayed Run to You and I’m Every Woman, if anything this show just how powerful of a vocalist she is, people often try to shade her but she really has a great voice.
JHud should have did the Whitney Houston tribute. Kelly Clarkson sounds great.

She nailed the tribute at the Grammys after Whitney died but I’d want to hear someone else. They need to get more creative with these tributes.

I never thought Gaga would make me think of Janet, but it happened tonight. I’m not even a Gaga fan, but I loved the sound and her performance.
Glennis Grace should have been hired to fly from Amsterdam to do the Whitney Houston tribute.
Pink continues to show up these artist doing regular tricks (dancing, Lypsynching, strutting) on stages. To say she is fearless would be wrong cause she admitted it scared her but she’s an inspiration to tackle those fears head on.
Y’all are just some MISERABLE haters with no life whatsoever. She SLAYED this performance, i don’t recall even Whitney Houston herself singing those songs back to back in a medley all 4 of them. I Am Proud of Christina Aguilera. # SLAYED
I have to say this is the most interesting I’ve found Pink to be in years!!!! Pink and Kelly Clarkson did a wonderful job! I forgot how impressive Kelly is live! Pink doing her little Spiderman routine on the side of that building was cool! Selena and Nick were “just there”, although Nick’s song is a catchy little pop single! Gaga was pretty good! Her dancing makes me laugh, it’s a little awkward at times! I really needed this Diana tribute to happen! It was nice to hear her recap the things she’s done throughout her career! She’s “the” true pioneer!
As for Christina’s tribute , it was just okay!
Xtina shouldn´t have put herself in that position. This wasn´t a smart move. Pretty much nobody can do justice to that. Her voice is not vocal trinity level. I´m not shading ehr or anything. She outsings most people now.
Gaga was pretty much the best with little effort. Simple but visually good.
