Taylor Swift‘s ‘Reputation’ impacted streaming platforms after a retail-only launch and is expected to cast a powerful shadow over sets launched by the Pop star’s rivals.
Full story below…
The album is expected to receive close to 55 million streams this week helping it to extend the project’s chart reign after its sales crossed the 1.5 million mark three weeks into its run.
How the album is faring overseas? Brilliantly. For, it has already gone Gold in the United Kingdom (100,000 units) and Platinum in Australia (70,000).
Some could argue that the streaming figure should be more given the 40 million achieved by the likes of Demi Lovato and 25 million by Lady Gaga upon launch. Ya know, for comparisons sake. However, when placing in context (see: Swift actually selling a milli out of the gate), her figures are incredibly impressive.

She hasn’t some dedicated fools, I mean fans and I’ll continue to PASS!! ??♂️
When will Beyonce ever
Never because whites mostly buy albums and they can’t relate to her music the same way they can relate to Taylor’s no seasoning, bland, microwaved music.
