Lady GaGa‘s ‘Joanne World Tour’ is shaping up to be one of the most lucrative live shows of the last decade.
How so?
Find out below…
The star’s stock as a chart slayer took a hit following the release of 2011’s ‘Born this Way’, dipping as its single failed to garner praise secured by the likes of ‘Paparazzi‘, ‘Love Game‘, ‘Pokerface’ and the Pop classic ‘Bad Romance.’
Fortunately, the performer’s live skill has seen her soar to new heights on a touring tip and make bank with the shows erected to support her albums.
Her latest ‘Joanne.’
Sold-out and well-received, the tour kicked off on August 1st 2017 and is pulling in around $1 million a night but outdid itself on August 13th when it swept up over $4 million…in one night.
Its North American leg has already earned $83 million.
With this in mind, we ask..
Her talent will not be denied. Plus the tour is her discography – not just Joanne. She needs to release a new album In Q1 2019 now she’s dropped the gimmicks and people have had a chance to see her minus (some) of the smoke and mirrors.
Did y’all really just say the concert started in August & that she accomplished this in August also? Why are you guys posting this now? It’s bren know for almost 5 months now
Pop girls careers don’t last long on the radio because there are so many and there are exceptions but at the end of the day people go to see her because she not only talented but entertaining.
Go Stephanie!
Born This Way the single wasn’t a hit? It’s not my fave Gaga song but it was most definitely a hit, and the album was the second biggest selling of the year behind 21. ARTPOP was when her popularity arguably declined, although she’s undoubtedly remained popular at varying levels throughout her career.
She does good on the charts. She’s a great great live act. She’s really one of the best. Her last album was more of an alternative pop album. So she has done fine. It also out performed many of the pop chicks in the game. With the proper singles she’ll do even greater things.
Miss Gaga is an incredible performer. Her songs are not well received by others since they don’t follow “the same formula” used by other artists. The Joanne album is a big departure from her other efforts and kudos to her for willing to branch out, but I personally do not like the album (that’s why I don’t own the album).
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEE GAGA AT THE GRAMMYS AND HOPE SHE WILL WIN BEST POP VOCAL!!!!
