Set to make magic for the star as far as streaming is concerned, the set is powered by its smash hit launch single ‘Bodak Yellow‘ and its follow-up ‘Bartier Cardi‘ which- despite soaring on Spotify- has struggled to retain a spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
Fortunately, the same is unlikely to be the case for her latest effort ‘Be Careful‘ which has already claimed the top spot on iTunes!

Well, Nicki does have seniority and has been the hottest female on the charts for 8+ years. Cardi B didn’t have a hot track until after she got with Offset, who many people (Cardi B and Nicki fans) seem to think wrote most of Bodak Yellow. Safaree admitted he’s NEVER written music for Nicki, but they bounced ideas off of each other. Nicki really is a bad b**** that’s why she was taken in by Lil Wayne under his wing as his protege. So nothing against Cardi but Bodak Yellow is the best song to come from her thus far. But not all Nicki’s songs good.

I always questioned the legitimacy of her lyrics. Its not that I doubted the skill of Female Rappers. Its just that her lyrics were real nice, but she didn’t look like a student of the game.
