Liam Payne has earned the support of Top 40 radio with his infectious hit ‘Familiar.’
Good news below…
Payne, formerly of the boyband One Direction, now enjoys success as a solo musician following the unveiling of his debut solo track ‘Strip That Down.’
This year? Glory with a new jam named ‘Familiar‘ recorded with J. Balvin.
This week sees the single soar on Top 40 radio after it outperformed tracks launched by Ariana Grande, Lil Pump, Neyo and Nicki Minaj by sweeping up 13 adds.
News of his radio gains come after his former bandmate Zayn Malik sees new management following his departure from the First Access Entertainment empire.
His music screams desperation as it taps into every generic sound to get a hit and disguise his poor vocals.
I’m shuddering at the thought of his equally untalented babymother to make a comeback.
A least she can dance better and her visuals are good as a consolation.
What he is delivering is so mediocre and contrived it’s painful.., out of all the 1D boys Liam’s musical persona is the least authentic. It just seems like he’s been draped with familiar and generic sounds to mask a lack of identity. It’s just annoying when that approach is rewarded.
