Fans of Madonna‘s 2012 cuts ‘I Don’t Give A’ and ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ (both featuring Nicki Minaj) will be thrilled to learn the Queen of Pop and the Queen of Rap are set to reunite for a ‘secret project,’ as recently revealed at the 2018 Met Gala.
Look inside to hear the announcement from their lips:
Taking to the high profile soiree’s elite red carpet, the diva duo dished on a reunion effort of some sort that is ‘coming soon.’ If that effort will be musical was not quite made clear, but if their previous joint outings are anything to judge by fans should be in for quite the treat.
The timing is certainly no coincidence as Minaj took to the same red carpet to reveal her new album, ‘Queen,’ is due next month (click here to read more on that). Meanwhile, Madge made headlines for a rockin’ ‘Like a Prayer’ performance and the unveiling of a new song, ‘Beautiful Plan,’ at the Gala as well.
Madonna looking like Alastor Maugrey
Madonna looming at Nicki screams, “They’re asking me, allow me to speak.” Cringe worthy. Also, what’s up with Nicki’s face?
am i the only one who thought it rude and funny that reporter never put the mic up to nicki? she treated her like an annoying fan
She was hating
there is NOTHING special, unique or commercially viable as it relates to their past musical pairings. LET IT GO! no one is anticipating a Nicki & Madonna reunion. it sounds better on paper than it actually executes.
Rashad just admitted that Nikki is the queen of rap
Madonna had her change with She’s Not Me and Beautiful Scars and she let the best songs of the last 10 years of her career ……. fall. She has lost touch………..30 years in…..LOST
Tired collab#2
dry…they both need to learn the art of mystery and disappear for a while
I’ll pass neither make music I like..
Cool, I always like there work together.
I hope it will be for Nicki’s album because Nicki was already on both of Madonna’s last 2 albums, not that I don’t love her verses on ‘B**** I’m Madonna’ and ‘IDGAF’ (though I’d throw ‘Gimme all your lovin’’ away). But having the same features on every album is redundant.
