The legendary musician Nile Rodgers is baring all on his time with feuding Pop icons Madonna and Lady Gaga.

Gaga’s a different kind of animal. Before recording she said, ‘Nile, I want to know what’s in your mind.’
She was incredibly respectful … That right there is a huge difference in personality.
As for his time with Madonna?
She knew what she wanted.
I love that about her because if you’re that much of a believer I’d rather go with you … until it sucks. If it sucks, I go, ‘Er, you really don’t want to do it like that’. I’d worked with so many international superstars, but I’d never come across such an iron will before.
Nile produced a number of major Madonna releases (‘Like a Virgin’ being one of them) and shared his thoughts as he celebrates the release of Chic’s new album ‘It’s About Time.’
Gaga is a true musician/vocalist/artist as where Madonna is more an act who’s learned and acquired things well along her journey.
Gaga is the better vocalist and musician but Madonna is the better artist, better dancer, better songwriter and better performer with far more classics to her name. I love Gaga but every girl in the industry is walking on the path Queen Madge blazed for them.
Madonnas definitely not a better performer Gaga can give you dance performance or a simple vocal performance or a musical instrument performance- Madonna cannot. and they’re both pretty equal when it comes to dancing, decent but nothing special
madonna is a better dancer and performer. gaga’s consistency isn’t there, and her dancing is very average.

Lady Gaga is definitely a better singer, dancer and most definitely a better actress. Madonna ,on of a hand, is a visionary ,an innovator.
Madonna is a great artist, visual performer & an amazing visionary. Lady G is an awesome singer, musician, artist & performer.
Madonna’s Confessions tour alone was more amazingly awesome than anything I’ve ever seen Gaga do aside from maybe her Oscar Sound of Music performance. Love both and have seen each 4 times live but Madonna to me is an artist, feminist and rule breaking visionary and Gaga is a fashionable pop star

This battle is so dead now… We should stop worrying about this and more about enjoy their acts. The only clear thing is that when Madge passes away (hopefully not soon) Gaga will remain her path like no other.
