Tamar Braxton is on her way to freedom.

Good news for the outspoken entertainer below…

Vince is accused of physically assaulting Braxton and, despite efforts to rebuild with the singer, has been served with legal documents demanding him to agree to a divorce.

Why yesterday? August saw the LA County court threaten to dissolve Tamar’s demands due to “inactivity” prompting her to take action and ensure Vince was served as she seeks primary custody of their four-year-old son.

Tamar is enjoying life away from the marriage and will join her sisters in a forthcoming episode of Iyanla Vanzant’s ‘Fix My Life.’
