Nicki Minaj is a fraud. She will never be remembered as a hip hop icon because she is a thief. If she came in the game giving Lil’ Kim the props she deserves instead of stealing her swag and pretending she came up with it, she would have been in a better position to be remembered for her own contributions. At the end of the day, Nicki will be remembered for putting out lots of mediocre quality records without any #1 hit singles, and zero classics. Cardi is going to take Nicki’s spot in history because Cardi is humble and doesn’t steal. What Nicki planned to do to Kim is what Cardi is going to do to her. When Nicki stops putting out music, her career and legacy will fizzle like the other copycat Foxy Brown. We’ve seen this story before. Hedy never wins in the end.

Don’t get me wrong I love Lauryn Hill. However, people are always trying to discredit Nicki as a rapper and then bring up Lauryn Hill. If anybody paid attention to Lauryn’s album it was more R&B than rap. She did more singing than rapping yet Nicki get criticized for the same thing Lauryn is praised for. When it comes to Nicki the double standards are endless.
