The rising star Blueface has found himself caught up in some legal trouble.

As his single ‘Thotiana’ rises on the charts the performer has learned that he has been charged with possession of a fully-loaded, unregistered handgun following his arrest on February 1st.

He was arrested after LAPD rolled up on a large group of people he was hanging out with, causing everyone to scatter. Multiple people tried ditching their guns, but Blueface and two other men, were arrested.

The felony carries a sentence of three years which means that is the amount of time he may spend in jail if the matter’s conclusion doesn’t fall in his favour.

He is due in court for another gun-related incident this week.
