New York fans of ‘Medicine’ singer Jennifer Lopez were undoubtedly feeling sick after her critically acclaimed tour, ‘It’s My Party,’ landed in their city in grand fashion only to be shut down early due to a massive blackout.
The hometown visit – which served as the second of two stops in the Big Apple – was hosted at the historic Madison Square Garden and came as a rousing appearance that saw attendees, celebrities and #JLovers alike, praise the 49-year-old for her fancy footwork and presentation of her brigade of hits.
Unfortunately, those in attendance at tonight’s showing (July 13) can’t join the chorus. Look inside to see how everything went down and hear Lopez’s response to the hoop-la.

Aww you mad TROLLMINE?
It’s great that she’s making up the date, but it’s really unfortunate for people who traveled a long way and won’t be able to make it back. I’m traveling all the way from the midwest to see her next week. I hope they figure out the cause and it doesn’t happen again.
I was not at this show, but I was in line to see wicked and the power went out canceling this show. It sucked. Times Square was packed with everyone exiting all of the canceled shows.
I drove from Iowa.
She. Any help it and she’s sorting it. Not much to say really is there.
Not really a fan but this was an unfortunate experience that was beyond anyone’s control. Hopefully the make up date is worth the wait.
