This is a different sound for Mario. I can hear a little Musiq Soulchild in the arrangement. Not bad. Good message.
It feels like the 1960’s-1970’s artist weren’t afraid to record political songs. I believe music still has power and can be a moving force. With that said, this song is musically dreamy while still boosting a political message and he’s able to deliver vocally as he always do!
