When it came to police brutality, the ‘WAP’ hitmaker said:

“We are asking for fairness, and we are asking for justice. That is all. I feel like everything people are asking for is getting interpreted in a very different way. No, it’s simple: We just want justice. We want to feel like Americans.”

The 77-year-old responded by expressing his optimism that was inspired by the younger generations, saying:

“You’re the smartest, the best educated, the least prejudiced, and the most engaged generation in history. And you’re going to change things.”

He cites as evidence the removal of Confederate statues.

The pair also touched on Biden’s plan for “free education” for anyone whose family makes less than $125,000 per year and free community college for all.
