In celebration of 30 hit-filled years in the music industry, October 2 sees Mariah Carey unveil ‘The Rarities’ – a compilation album of unreleased material to share with her legion of devoted fans (affectionately called “Lambs”).
Also encompassing a live concert CD of Carey’s roof-raising 1996 performance at the Tokyo Dome in Japan, the set features some never-before-heard tunes from her prized vault as well as some never-before-heard mixes of previous hits.
Released just days after her highly anticipated memoir, ‘The Meaning of Mariah Carey,’ look inside for your first listen to the new compilation effort.
Snoozefest.
This comment was made literally at the same time the album was released. YOU DIDN’T LISTEN TO IT. You’re the snoozefest.
The album was released several hours ago, and I did listen to it. You’re the snoozefest alongside this bore of a compilation.
The album is so good. Her unreleased material is better than what’s being released from lots of « artists ».
That #MC30 campaign is so well managed, from her social medias, to her image, the friday releases, this album, the book and all the promo, which I avoided watching because my copy arrives on Monday.
Congrats MC 👍🏼
This album is AMAZING. Still listening.
I’m here for this! I’m not going to listen to the album until tomorrow when I go buy it!
When you go buy it? Where the hell are you buying music in 2020? LOL
Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. 💯
iTunes, Amazon, and the artists store, along with Walmart and Target.
This is one of her best body of works in forever. On repeat since the AM 😛
Soo Good. I love each unreleased gem in this lovely album!
Not even gonna talk about tokyo dome performance. She’s incomparable.
I hope she goes back to this formula for a good percentage of her next album. Her and walter A working together would be exactly what her fans would want. Hope she can finally forgive dude and bring back them masterpieces.
