Doja Cat Readies New Fashion Line for 2021 Release

2020’s undoubtedly been Doja Cat‘s breakthrough year thanks to the 3x Platinum success of her inaugural Hot 100 chart-topper, ‘Say So,’ as well as other Platinum-certified singles ‘Like That’ and ‘Juicy.’

Yet, just a week after fans learned those tunes’ parent album – ‘Hot Pink’ – had lodged an entire year on the Billboard 200 (click here to read more), Doja’s sending out reminders she’s far from resting on her laurels.

Taking to ‘WWD’ recently, the 25-year-old dished at length about her plans for 2021 which apparently include a partnership with U.K. fashion brand PrettyLittleThing as well as her highly anticipated new album (which we reported here).

Details inside on her new venture below:

The star opened up about her 70’s-inspired collab with PrettyLittleThing ahead of its November 16 rollout on PrettyLittleThing.com.

“I chose what inspired me the most, and I feel like this collection is kind of a hint to the next collection,” Doja Cat said. “In the spring, it’s going to be more evolved and more colorful.”

The “next collection” referenced in the quote above will be Cat’s own line – her first extensive foray into the world of fashion.

Suffice to say, she clearly knows sustaining in today’s climate is about diversifying the hustle.

Cheap and artistic-less. It looks like something a fashion study wanna be would sketch and audaciously make a fashion craft project.
