The Dr. Dre and Nicole Young continues to unwind in the court system.

However, this time Young has taken another loss as their divorce proceeds despite her attempts to sanction the legendary producer.

According to The Blast, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge said:

“The Court further finds the imposition of sanctions, at this stage, and given the events here, is deemed unwarranted.”

The news comes on the heels of Dre asking for a Zoom hearing due to COVID-19. Previously, Young was set to question the former N.W.A. member over his alleged mistresses, finances, and more.

Eventually, they agreed that Dre will appear in court for the deposition. However, Young’s attempts to gain accesses to Dre’s documents have been denied.
