Cop a gander of Taylor Swift!

The Pop titan links up for music legend Paul McCartney a-front of the newest issue of Rolling Stone magazine.

Serving as the latest promotion for record-breaking album ‘Folklore,’ the feature sees the musicians reflect on their mutual admiration for each other and their respective means of navigating the spotlight.

Swift opened up to McCartney about her relationship with Joe Alwyn; a relationship she’s been fiercely private about for three years:

“In knowing him and being in the relationship I am in now, I have definitely made decisions that have made my life feel more like a real life and less like just a storyline to be commented on in tabloids.

Whether that’s deciding where to live, who to hang out with, when to not take a picture — the idea of privacy feels so strange to try to explain, but it’s really just trying to find bits of normalcy. That’s what that song ‘Peace’ is talking about. Like, would it be enough if I could never fully achieve the normalcy that we both crave? Stella [McCartney] always tells me that she had as normal a childhood as she could ever hope for under the circumstances.”

The singer went on to express her sentiments about The Beatles star

 “One thing I just find so cool about you is that you really do seem to have the joy of it, still, just no matter what. You seem to have the purest sense of joy of playing an instrument and making music, and that’s just the best, I think.” 

McCartney replied with equal admiration:

“Well, we’re just so lucky, aren’t we?”
