The coronavirus pandemic has shaken up the music industry. Case in point: it delayed Lil Nas X‘s plans to collaborate with Miley Cyrus.
In a new interview on Sirius XM‘s ‘Andy Cohen Live,’ the 21-year-old rapper revealed that he intended to collaborate with Cyrus, but hopes they will get to now.
His words below…
“I had plans to work on this one song with Miley earlier last year, and then the pandemic happened. So we didn’t get to, like, meet up or anything. But, you know, maybe it’ll happen now.”
He did not reveal any more details about the collaboration.
While the Miley and Lil Nas X did not end up collaborating during the pandemic, both still found their own musical inspiration. Miley released her seventh studio album, ‘Plastic Hearts,’ and Lil Nas X dropped his song ‘Holiday.’
