Nominated in Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song categories at the 63rd annual GRAMMY Awards Sunday night (March 14), Meg bested both male-dominated categories with her Beyonce-assisted hit, ‘Savage.’
The wins come as two of her first first three golden gramophones and made her the first female victor in the history of both categories. Her other major win of the night came when she became the second female Hip Hop act in history to win Best New Artist (click here to read more).
For Bey, the triumphs gave the diva her 26th and 27th career GRAMMYs respectively. By the night’s end, she became the most decorated female artist since the GRAMMYs began in 1959 (click here to read more).
