Kid Cudi took center stage on Saturday Night Live and made quite the visual statement.

For, while performing his song ‘Sad People,’ the performer donned a floral dress.

The track, which is lifted from Cudi’s latest album ‘Man on the Moon III: The Chosen,’ unpacks the thoughts that plague at night and the quest for inner peace.  Over the course of the cut, he relays the highs that he experiences, and how he often finds himself depressed after. It deals with pressing on, even if it’s at the expense of his mental health.
