DaBaby is speaking out.
For, the rapper has again responded after being criticized for his homophobic comments during his Rolling Loud performance. This time, he has done so in the form of a music video for his song ‘Giving What It’s Supposed to Give,’ which was allegedly shot the night before his performance.
Across the track, he raps:
“B**ch, we like AIDS, I’m on your a*s, we won’t go away.“
The video ends with the message: “My apologies for being me, the same way you want the freedom to be you.”
Previously, he has garnered criticism from the likes of Elton John and Dua Lipa over his hateful comments.
Watch his attempted new message below…
So, he wants freedom to be ignorant and homophobic? THAT’S NOT HOW IT WORKS!
So..he’s homophobic…and releasing a song with a phrase by a gay man???? (Rolling Ray)
He said “it’s not giving what it’s supposed to gave” Even Rihanna used it in her Fenty posts.
This is my problem with heteros. We’re damned to the hot place but bring innovation to life they can’t wait to steal. Hearing straight men say “the tea” and “throwing shade” is so disturbing.
Yesssss daddy gimme yo A:I.d.s Leche. Yummy cummy 👍
Gay lingo. If u can’t beat em. Join em huh
I’m not a DaBaby fan however I’m always amazed how he’s able to get away with everything he’s done so far. And he has done some horrible things.
I do believe he’s being protected, the same way R. Kelly was for years. And I also believe nothing will happen to DaBaby unless he upsets his handlers. So we will see if he’s on good or bad terms with his handlers.
