For, the formidable force was formally inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Boasting a career that spans almost three decades, HOV’s success spans the business sphere too. Case in point his Roc Nation empire and countless entrepreneurial wins.
Above all, he’s established himself as a cornerstone of culture.
And the latter is exactly what was spotlighted most by comedian Dave Chapelle, who inducted the MC.
Speaking at the ceremony, which took place at Cleveland, Ohio’s Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Chapelle was one of many who saluted Jigga. Indeed, his star-studded montage featured words from the likes of Barack Obama, wife Beyonce, Rihanna, Missy Elliott, Kendrick Lamar, and daughter Blue Ivy.
Jay joins the elite list of past winners, which includes Michael Jackson, Madonna, The Beatles, Janet Jackson, Notorious B.I.G, and Whitney Houston.
His class also includes Tina Tuner (as a soloist), LL Cool J, and Carole King.
