Of that sum, 18,000 units are from physical sales.
It is worth noting that the album was previously only set to open with 28,000 units on the top end. With the increase in sales, the album is aiming for a top 10 debut, with the project currently pacing to open at #8 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Right now, ‘Blue Banisters’ is barely ahead of Elton John‘s ‘The Lockdown Sessions.’ Only 300 units separate the two albums as of now.
Del Rey’s ‘Blue Banisters’ was preceded by the singles ‘‘Blue Banisters,’ ‘Text Book,’ and ‘Wildflower Wildfire.’
